I cannot say enough wonderful things about my Dr Ridley-Lane and the entire staff. After more than two years under their care, I can honestly say they have been there for me through every obstacle with unwavering compassion, patience, and expertise.
From the very beginning, my doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question, and always made me feel heard and reassured. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my well-being gave me confidence during some very stressful times. I always knew I was in the best possible hands.
The office staff is equally exceptional. Every visit has been met with friendly smiles, professionalism, and kindness. They are always welcoming, helpful, and go out of their way to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. It’s clear that everyone in the practice truly cares about their patients.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care I received at your practice today. My experience was absolutely life-reaffirming and has completely restored my faith in the medical community, specifically here in New York.
From the moment I arrived, every member of your team was incredible. I want to thank the lobby receptionist for the warm welcome; having arrived late in the day without an appointment along with the technician who performed my eye tests with such patience and professionalism. Completing the most considerate treatment team was Dr. Megan Ridley-Lane, whose compassion, patience and comprehensive diagnosis to affirm, for a rather frightened patient, that my eye was safe and stable.
Even though I arrived late in the day when many were likely ready to go home, your team did not rush. They all took the time to treat me as an emergency patient, and I left the office with full confidence that my eyesight was safe. I cannot adequately explain how overwhelmed I am with praise for your organization. Thank you all for your dedication and for providing such a fabulous experience during a stressful time. Dr. Megan Ridley-Lane went above and beyond for my daughter. She met us on a Friday night to check her after she got hit in the eye with a field hockey stick and lost her vision. Could not be more grateful for her kindness and knowledge at a very stressful time.

Dr. Paccione is gentle and compassionate. I had macular edema and he cured it and saved my eyesight. I am forever grateful to him for his excellent medical care.

Had a yearly exam done by Dr. Tseng which was very thorough and comfortable experience. I wrote done my questions and as he did the exam answered my questions. Pleasant gentleman and the staff was organized and kind.
